The Price of a Life Out of Balance

Continuing to live a life out of balance – on the spinning hamster wheel – carries a price. That applies not only to the person living the unbalanced life, but also for their nearest and dearest, and for their employers.

In America companies lose between $200 – $300 per person annually as a result of stress in the workplace.  80% of people feel that job related stress is the major health problem. Furthermore, global studies suggest that 70% of workers say that they do not have a good work-life balance.

A modern lifestyle which is pressurised, demanding and hectic can suck the joy from our lives, and also leave us feeling a lack of control. This has a knock on effect on families and families.

You have a choice. You can choose to move either away from or towards balance. Choose the reward rather than paying the price.
